Return and refund policy
Please read this policy to understand your rights when buying from Mambobabyfloat.com.au. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Returns and Refunds — 14 Days
You can request a return and refund within 14 days of receiving your order in the following cases:
Faulty or damaged items: send us a photo or video showing the problem within 14 days of receipt. Once we have reviewed it we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — in most cases without asking you to return the item.
Not as described, not as expected, or no longer needed: contact us within 14 days of receipt to start the return. Once we receive the item back unused, in its original condition and packaging, we will refund the full purchase price. You have a further 14 days to send the item back after telling us. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer and is not refunded.
Sale items: the same rights apply to sale items as to full-price items.
We may decline a refund where an item has been damaged by misuse, or by repair attempts by the customer or a third party.
2-Year Warranty
Every Mambobaby™ float sold by Mambobabyfloat.com.au is covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. The warranty does not cover normal wear, fading, or damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or accidents (for example dropping or puncturing the product deliberately).
If your float develops a defect within the warranty period, email us with your order number and photos or a short video. We will repair or replace the product at our cost. Warranty claims are resolved by repair or replacement, not by refund.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days of approval; your bank or card issuer may take a further 3–10 business days to show the funds.
How to Start a Return or Claim
Email support@mambobabyfloat.com.au with your order number, a short description of the issue, and photos or video where relevant. We reply within one business day.
